Answering general questions about the theme
If you have any questions about the theme or you are not sure how to use it, please feel free to contact us using the form on our theme page on Creative Market (please do not use the contact form on this site's Contact page.)
However, we would highly recommend reading the online documentation of the theme first before submitting your questions. It already includes some useful information, such as theme installation, and a how-to section.
Fixing defects in the theme
When there is something not right happening with the theme, you can send us a feedback about the issue. We will happily help you find out a solution and issue official bug fixes in the next version of the theme.
WordPress compatibility
We always test and make sure that all of our themes are compatible with the latest version of WordPress. So, if you are experiencing a problem that the theme is not working after updating WordPress, please immediately contact us.
What's not included in the support
WordPress & theme installation
In order to use our themes, you should already be familiar with WordPress to some extent meaning that you should be comfortable with installing a self-hosted WordPress instance on your web hosting, installing themes and plugins.
If you are really new to WordPress, this website is a great place to get started: https://codex.wordpress.org/Main_Page
Theme customization
We do not include services to modify or extend the functionality of the theme beyond the original features described on the theme page. While we are happy to help you with minor adjustments like using custom CSS to change some styles and colors, unfortunately, we can’t help you modify or customize it further than its advertised features.
Problems from third-party plugins
If you have some problem with a third-party plugin, we would suggest contacting the plugin author for direct support. For example, after installing a slider plugin, you found that its shortcode was not working as expected, then you should contact the author of that plugin for help.
Regarding plugin compatibility, our themes are only tested with the suggested plugins mentioning on the theme page. If you want to force compatibility for any other specific plugins, it would be up to you to work out a solution.
